This is a fantastic piece of kit. Lockblock patio and PVC Gutters/ Soffits now sparkling. Dirtblaster does the business.
Only one problem, relating to the suction hose. The instructions (page 6)state "pull detergent suction hose as far as is required out of the housing". The hose is very short and too easily pulled off the connection. Now I have a suction hose which is detached from the machine !!
I suggest the following modifications 1) longer suction hose, 2) Fix the suction hose with a proper mechanical connection (it is presently a push fit which is useless), 3)colour code the hose to indicate when it has reached the end of it's travel.
Otherwise great result.

I've owned this product for nearly a year now and have been very pleased with it.
Its main duties are cleaning the patio and driveway and for which it does a superb job. The variable power setting is very useful. The range of Karcher accessories means there is usually some attachment available to make a job that bit quicker and better.
I would agree with some of the other reviewers that the suction hose could be better designed but it's never presented me with a real problem, just something to be aware of rather than to be avoided.
An excellent product which I have never regretted buying.

I purchased this pressure washer to replace a well used but almost worn out twelve year old Karcher 411A that had given excellent service. This machine is quieter, probably more powerful than the 411A when it was new and with its variable output power, wheels and storage provision is more versatile. I was also pleased with the productive communications, fast delivery and attractive cost.

I have found this Karcher washer to be a superb purchase. It is easy to set up, easy to use and does an excellent cleaning job on the car. I only wish I had purchased one earlier. I can recommend this product to anyone.

The thing we were most anxious about with buying a washer, was that it would be powerful enough to clear the grime off our block paving drive. This one is! Very simple to set up and use. The variable power output is a handy feature.
A great purchase.
